Every full-time student accepted to CCCB, (Central Christian College of the Bible), receives a scholarship from the college in an amount that equals 100% of tuition. This scholarship may last for four or more years, so long as the student is enrolled as a full-time student. This scholarship will increase with any future increases in tuition in order to ensure that 100% of tuition is covered by scholarship. Other student fees such as room and board, books, sports passes, parking and the like are not covered by this scholarship, but may be covered by federal financial aid or outside scholarships. Admissions to CCCB is selective. We typically receive four or five times as many applications as we have available spaces in the entering class. But, don't be discouraged! The admissions process considers many factors other than just class rank and test scores. Remember: early application will considerably improve your chances for being accepted.
Tips for getting accepted:
1. Start early
Begin the application process as soon as possible. Get your ACT or SAT taken
(and retaken, if necessary) as early as you can. The earlier your scores are
in, the less competition you will have!
2. Visit the college.
Allow us to personally visit with you. This gives you a chance to put your
best foot forward in person rather than just on paper.
3. Keep your grades up.
The academic dean will look at your transcripts from high school as well as
any college courses you have had. Make an effort to keep those grades high!
4. Get involved.
Grades are important, but grades aren't everything. Get involved in your church
and in service organizations. We want you to have a heart for service.
